Rose-Hulman is implementing an Independent Project/Research Opportunities Program (IP/ROP) starting winter quarter of this year. The purpose of IP/ROP is to convince people that there is a community of people who do independent projects, and to provide small amounts of funding so that these projects can go forward. Funding is supplied by Arcelor Mittal and Academic Affairs.
Students and faculty alike took to the streets from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday during the annual Rose Day of Service, sponsored by ArcelorMittal. They spread throughout the Terre Haute area to help citizens in need and offer assistance to those less fortunate.
Give Up A Meal, or GUAM for short, was held this past Tuesday, October 25th, but it wasn’t the only fundraiser being held.

Developed by a group of students at the DigiPen Institute of Technology, ‘It Belongs in an Ancient Ruin’ delivers smooth gameplay, a great atmosphere, and a clever story that will leave you questioning the morality of museum curators everywhere.
